The purpose of the How’s Nashville campaign is to foster collaboration among stakeholders from the nonprofit, business, and government sectors. Our goal is to improve the local system in regard to the housing placement rate and the retention of housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. In order to so, it is important for us to be transparent in our approach and share outcomes with the public.

We believe permanent supportive housing is a solution to chronic homelessness. That’s why we connect people who recently moved into their new home with the level of case management support to help them stay permanently housed.

However, it is imperative that we continue to measure the outcomes of our approaches to homelessness. We will list the following outcomes on a monthly basis:
