Day 2 of Registry Week

Day 2 of the How’s Nashville Registry Week is complete!  96 people experiencing homelessness were surveyed, and a special guest joined this grassroots effort – Anderson Cooper!  He hung out with Ingrid McIntyre from Open Table Nashville (www.opentablenashville.org), Tyler Womack from Mental Health Cooperative (www.mhc-tn.org) and other volunteers.  Thank you, Anderson!

A reminder that Registry Week results will be discussed at a public briefing on Tuesday, June 4th, at 10:30am at the Main Library downtown.  Please join us and invite your friends!

Day 1 of Registry Week

Day 1 of the How’s Nashville Registry Week is in the books!  Two early mornings of surveying to go!  A very big THANK YOU to the dozens of volunteers who surveyed and helped with data entry today.  We administered over 100 surveys to people living on the streets and in campsites.  Incredible!

All hands on deck! Registry Week is here!

Nashville’s Registry Week is here!  Over 100 volunteers will begin canvassing the streets from May 29-31st to survey as many people as possible using the Vulnerability Index.  We will use this data to match the right housing intervention to the right person at the right time using the least amount of resources.

Join us on Tuesday, June 4th, at 10:30am at the Main Library downtown to hear the results and to witness the official launch of the How’s Nashville campaign!  We need all hands on deck to end chronic homelessness.
